DGI Supply acquires Tru-Cut
DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, has acquired Tru-Cut Tool and Supply Company of Alsip, Ill., and its subsidiary, Supreme Saw & Service Co. Inc.
Greg Muntean, owner of Tru-Cut, will remain with the company and serve as director of business development for the Sawing Products Division.
"This combination gives DGI even more strength in the sawing products market. DGI Supply intends to broaden Tru-Cut's product offering and expand the services currently provided by the Tru-Cut team. Additionally, DGI intends to leverage Tru-Cut's service personnel to offer a greater value to its client base," said Bill Henricks, DGI chief operating officer.
DGI Supply is a full-line industrial distribution company with 48 sales offices throughout North America.
