Wildeck acquires Ladder Industries

Waukesha, Wis.-based Wildeck Inc. announced the acquisition of Ladder Industries Inc. based in Goodyear, Ariz.

Ladder Industries is a designer / manufacturer of stair and ladder products with more than 50 years experience serving industrial and commercial customers. Its markets include commercial and military aircraft, distribution centers and warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail, automotive parts dealerships, machine builders, paper and steel mills and foundries.

In addition to its Arizona headquarters location, Ladder Industries operates a facility in Sacramento, Calif., and employs 30 people.

Wildeck manufactures custom industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), material lifts (VRCs), and safety guarding products.
