BDI opens three branches
BDI (Bearing Distributors Inc.), headquartered in Cleveland, announced the opening of branches in Wilkes Barre, Penn., Easton, Maine and Los Angeles.
Robin Gwynn, a 25-year industry veteran who recently joined BDI, will serve as branch manager of the Wilkes Barre location, and will be assisted by account manager Joseph Nayavich.
"Our new branch will allow us to offer additional support to existing customers in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey and will allow BDI to bring our solutions-driven service model to other companies in the market," said John Ruth, president, BDI-USA.
Operations Manager Kevin P. Mitchell will oversee the Easton location.
"Our new Easton location supports a key existing customer in that market and also will enable BDI to expand its presence in Eastern Maine," added Ruth.
Gabe Duchene, a five-year BDI veteran who has relocated to California from the company's Cleveland headquarters, will head up the Los Angeles branch.
"Our new Los Angeles branch supports several large customers that we already serve on the West Coast," said Ruth. "This market also presents a significant growth opportunity for BDI and allows us to bring our solutions-driven service model to companies throughout southern California."
