New Yorker, Geyer Electronic sign distribution agreement

New Yorker Electronics, global distributor of electronic components, recently announced a new franchised distribution agreement with Geyer Electronic. Geyer is an international manufacturer of quart crystals, oscillators and resonators.

Founded in 1964 in Munich, Germany, as a retail store with a wide range of electronic products, Geyer became a manufacturing company in 1992, specializing in frequency products and special batteries. Ultimately it dropped the batteries line and has concentrated completely on the production and distribution of frequency products.

“We’re excited to offer our customers devices from such internationally renowned specialists in the manufacture of frequency products,” said Barry Slivka, president of New Yorker Electronics. “Geyer Electronic gives our customers around the world an abundance of reliable options in quality quartz crystals, oscillators and resonators from someone who really understands the needs of our customers.”

"We welcome New Yorker Electronics’ impressive distribution history and look forward to leveraging their expertise and key relationships to further expand our quartz crystals and oscillator product offerings,” said Dave Stantley, director of business development/FAE for Geyer USA Frequency Control Products.

As a franchise distributor for Geyer Electronic, New Yorker Electronics supplies its full line of Quartz Crystals, THT Crystals and Tuning Fork Crystals as well as Ceramic Resonators and PXO/XO/SSO, VCXO/LVDS/PECL and TCXO/VCTCXO Oscillators.
