R/W Connection acquires Virginia Carolina Belting
R/W Connection Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Singer Equities, purchased the operating assets of Virginia Carolina Belting.
VCB is a Salem, Va.-based distributor, fabricator and installer of conveyor belting and systems.The president and majority stockholder of Virginia Carolina Belting, Ted Ivanco, will continue with the new venture as vice president and general manager.
