H.B. Fuller Co. Q4 revenue beats Q3
H.B. Fuller Company reported net revenue for the fourth quarter of 2009 was $341.6 million, down 2.5 percent versus the fourth quarter of 2008.
Net income was $24.6 million, or 50 cents per diluted share, versus a loss of $42.4 million, or 88 cents per diluted share, in last year's fourth quarter.
On a sequential basis, net revenue increased 8 percent compared to the third quarter, supported by generally more favorable end-market conditions together with new business wins.
Net income for fiscal year 2009 was $83.7 million, or $1.70 per diluted share, versus $18.9 million, or 36 cents per diluted share, in 2008. Net revenue for fiscal year 2009 was $1.235 billion, down 11.3 percent versus fiscal year 2008.
