GHX opens Louisiana facility
GHX Industrial LLC, a Houston-based fabricator and supplier of industrial fluid sealing and transfer products, announced the opening of a new facility in Geismar, La.
This is GHX’s 12th distribution location.
“This location helps round out our coverage of major Gulf Coast industrial markets, stretching from Corpus Christi to Pensacola,” said GHX president Dan Ahuero. “We have had the Baton Rouge market on our radar screen for a long time. By opening a physical presence there, we will be able to improve our level of service to existing multi-location customers and offer our wide array of products and services to new customers in Southeast Louisiana.”
The Geismar facility will offer customers a wide array of products, including gaskets, compression packing, expansion joints, industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies, as well as an extensive range of industrial stud bolts and nuts. In addition, GHX was selected by Eaton Corporation as a location for an Eaton “Aeroquip Express” showroom and sales counter, a one-stop shop for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid transfer hose and fitting needs.
